Shipping Policy

  • We ship all orders within 2-3 weeks​

  • Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS

  • Tracking is emailed on the day the order ships

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Defects? Damages?

    • We offer returns for manufacturing defects/damages. Please send required photo documentation of damage/defects to sales@maritimetribes.com and we will contact you to arrange return/exchange/refund, if applicable. Details will be determined upon receipt of email. ​

  • Returns​

    • Returns are accepted within 5 business days of receipt if product is unused and original tags are on the item(s). You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned product. Please ship returns to 192 Anawan St, Fall River, MA 02721. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Options include return/credit/exchange. Please contact us to discuss options. ​

  • Other​

    • Our products are custom made for you specifically and are not subject to "box store" type returns/refunds. We do offer limited refunds/credits/returns if products are not selling in your retail store. We are 100% committed to you, the independent retailer. Please email us to discuss options. ​
